How long do I have to return an item?

 What condition must the garments be in to be eligible for a return?

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in perfect condition. All original tags and accessories must remain intact and attached to the garment. Additionally, the items must be returned in their original packaging or secure packaging that guarantees proper protection during transit. We cannot accept returns for garments that show stains, odors, damage, or any signs of use.
How do I start the return process?

You must request your return through our official customer service channels. Please make sure to provide your order number or proof of purchase to manage the return.
What are my options once I return an item?

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, you can choose between a size exchange, store credit, or a refund, depending on what applies to your case. Please note that Coco Paris Fashion reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions described in our policy.
What happens if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or there was an error in your shipment, your return or exchange will be processed at no additional cost to you.
How long will it take to receive my refund?

 Can I return items purchased on sale or clearance?

Items purchased on sale or during promotional clearance events are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How does your sizing run?

We use standard US sizing for our garments. If you are unsure about what size to get, here is a general guide using standard American measurements:

  • Small (S): US Size 4-6 | Bust: 34"-35" | Waist: 26"-27" | Hips: 36"-37"
  • Medium (M): US Size 8-10 | Bust: 36"-37" | Waist: 28"-29" | Hips: 38"-39"
