1. Return & Refund Policy
At Coco Paris Fashion LLC, we commit ourselves to delivering exceptional quality, trendsetting garments, and a pristine shopping experience. We understand that occasionally an item may not fully meet your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the framework and explicit criteria required for processing domestic and international returns.
1.1 The Return Window
Customers have an absolute window of three (3) calendar days starting from the official recorded delivery date provided by the shipping carrier to initiate a formal return request. Any request submitted outside this rigorous 3-day timeline will be automatically disqualified from processing.
1.2 Eligibility & Garment Condition Criteria
To preserve our standards of extreme visual clarity, hygiene, and product luxury, returned merchandise must adhere to strict quality control conditions. Coco Paris Fashion LLC maintains a definitive right of refusal for any merchandise that breaks these stipulations:

Original Condition: Garments must be strictly unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in absolute perfect, brand-new retail condition.

Original Tagging: All original designer tags, barcodes, brand labels, and accompanying accessories must remain entirely intact and securely attached to the garment. Removal of tags voids return eligibility immediately.

Original Packaging: All merchandise must be sent back using its original product packaging or an alternative shipping envelope/box that guarantees complete and adequate protection during transit.

Strict Exclusions: No returns will be accepted under any circumstances if items present cosmetic stains (including makeup or self-tanner), strong odors (perfume, smoke, detergents), physical damage, stretching, or clear signs of use.
Important Note on Promotional Items: All products purchased under promotional offers, seasonal sales, markdowns, or liquidation events are strictly classified as Final Sale. These items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and ineligible for store credit.
1.3 Resolution Framework & Processing
Once a returned shipment arrives back at our centralized Miami facility, it enters a rigorous inspection process. Upon successful compliance validation, customers may choose one of the following resolution pathways:

Size Exchange: Subject to current inventory availability at our warehouse.

Store Credit: Issued via a digital gift voucher valid for future purchases.

Monetary Refund: Processed directly back to the original form of payment. Approved monetary refunds are generally issued within a designated timeframe (typically 5 to 7 business days, depending exclusively on your financial institution's processing cycles).
1.4 Defective or Erroneous Shipments
In the rare event that an item arrives with an inherent manufacturing defect or if our fulfillment department executes an incorrect shipment, Coco Paris Fashion LLC will assume total responsibility. The return, exchange, or complete refund of defective merchandise will be handled at absolutely no additional cost to the customer, and a complimentary pre-paid shipping label will be provided directly.
